We have not tried to fly with anything other than our skis and poles extending past our flailing arms. We have not achieved success quite yet, but that could be accounted to the lack of variety in our attempts.

If it was zoomed in enough, I am confident that we would all have the same exact face. These picture were taken decades apart and I had never seen either of them until Grandpa Dan showed them to me. I am still in awe that we do the exact same thing when we get air on our skis. I guess that your response to the panic of having to land a jump on skis runs straight through your genes.

Drai - I remember the time 4 out of 5 of us went skiing and as we waited for your Dad we saw this crazy guy skiing down sitting on one ski and using the other as a rutter. As you can imagine the crazy guy was your Dad. It was in the spring so he had on shorts with short sleeves. He broke his binding and didn't want to walk down,luckily it was the end of the day.
